Overall we found the service to be very good from initial contact on web-site to installation, the only miss communication was an additional charge following survey because we had underfloor heating although this was mentioned when the order was placed. For this reason we could only give 4/5 for our rating, having said that we would be more than happy to recommend Glass at work to any colleagues.
