I was developing a private client office space and needed to create a room which offers privacy when needed, good soundproofing and would look good aesthetically. I changed my mind numerous times during the design process and at no point did I feel my change of heart was too much trouble. I first wanted single glazed, then decided on double glazed, due to the sun streaming in then added blinds too and then an angled door to soften the edges and improve the visuals with the "fells" film manifestation to give a 3D appearance. From my initial enquiry you were all really helpful – provided various options for me to consider and clearly and transparently set out your pricing structure for each. I came back a few times with queries which were all dealt with in a timely manner. The survey was undertaken and the partition installed 2 weeks later (we had a slight hiccup on the installation as the original installer thought that the panes of glass were too small so another installer had to come back a few days later – however it all got sorted quickly and without issue.). The glass partition has given us the ability to have a privacy space to see clients, in what is otherwise a very open plan office – we have had lots of compliments from clients and visitors on how nice it is!
