The service provided was excellent from start to finish. Communication was efficient and the team was always available to answer questions. We were really impressed at how quickly this project moved from idea to design and implementation. The graphics team did an brilliant job in providing designs for us to choose from, that had been carefully thought out with our specifications in mind. The advice and guidance, especially in relation to installing in a historic building (where none of the walls are straight etc) was really useful. The after-install care was also excellent, where we had a few niggles and adjustment was needed to the door, this was organised incredibly quickly which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend.
