Project Overview

Glass Corner Office Partition with frameless glass hinges for County Construction [Oxon] Ltd in Didcot, Oxfordshire.

We greatly value feedback from our customers and welcome the overall positive rating awarded in this case. On the specific point of underfloor heating. When starting a project we use a “customer checklist” to ask important questions about the site. One of the questions asks about underfloor heating, which would allow us to talk through the options. Although our standard system is screwed to the floor, measures can be taken to avoid this, making an installation slightly more expensive than a standard quotation.

Client Verdict
starstarstarstarstar_outline
Overall we found the service to be very good from initial contact on web-site to installation, the only miss communication was an additional charge following survey because we had underfloor heating although this was mentioned when the order was placed. For this reason we could only give 4/5 for our rating, having said that we would be more than happy to recommend Glass at work to any colleagues.
