It is great to see so many touch points within a business so aligned to delivering an excellent service. From the initial sales discussions and the online booking process to the site survey and installation has been smooth, pleasant and flawless. The turnover has been quick and the service has been very well delivered. When the teams came to survey and install, they communicated well their plan of action for the day and executed it accordingly. Any visits were always planned ahead of time as well. They tried very hard to ensure that we were satisfied with the final fit and finish. When certain matters were raised regarding aesthetics, the installation team said they will note down a follow up and first thing the next day, some one came along to rectify. We raised other matters again and someone else came again very quickly to resolve it. This says to me that the business is aligned to ensuring customer satisfaction which we certainly got. Would definitely use the services again and certainly will recommend.
