Project Overview

A selection of completed glass partition and glass door projects shown alongside the CAD drawing used to plan the installation. These drawings illustrate the overall layout — room shape, door positions and general configuration — so you can see how a project was planned and understand the finished result before manufacture and installation begins, whether for a single door or a multi-room office fit-out.

Non-Fire Rated Double Glass Sliding Doors At A Domestic Seaside Property in Dartmouth, Devon.

Frequently Asked Questions

It shows the layout you've specified — room shape, door position and general configuration — so you and the team are aligned before manufacture starts. It's a design reference rather than a fully engineered manufacturing drawing.

Yes. Once your layout is confirmed, a CAD drawing is produced so you can review the overall design and visualise the finished result before the glass is manufactured.

Yes, the drawing stage is there for you to review the layout and request adjustments before the order goes into production.

Yes, Glass at Work regularly supplies and installs for interior designers, builders and main contractors as well as direct to homeowners.

Both. While a large part of the business is commercial office fit-outs, Glass at Work regularly completes residential glass wall and door projects for homeowners, builders and interior designers.

Yes, the same frameless, framed and T-Bar systems used in offices are used for home use, including for living rooms, home offices, gyms and wine storage.

A sliding door runs along a track rather than swinging on hinges, which can suit spaces where floor space is limited or a door swing would be impractical.

Sliding door options are available as part of the configurator when specifying a new partition; for existing partitions, contact the team to discuss what's possible.

Yes, top-hung doors are available across the single glazed and double glazed partition ranges.

Client Verdict

Many thanks again for all your help in getting our sliding doors ordered and installed…they look fabulous and we are delighted. As I mentioned the installation went extremely well….Gary and Michael showed great 'can do' spirit, were full of energy, very organised and worked together superbly as a team (they seemed very intuitive as to what each other needed)….they left the site spick and span. They are a credit to you and your organisation…..please do pass on our thanks again. Our rating ?......5/5 naturally.
