Found the process from initial consultation very good. Glass at work walked me through each step of the design and were able to meet exactly what I was looking for. The designs matched the end result. The doors and window themselves are of a high quality and considerably cheaper than other quotes I got for the same work. The install team were friendly and professional. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is due to a minor error on the install, but to their credit the issue was resolved in a timely manner.
