The initial service at enquiry stage was excellent and any questions we had were answered. The project was reviewed and the design amended to meet our clients’ exact requirements. Communication was excellent at every stage and we were kept up to date on our order progress. Site team turned up and completed the works as required on the agreed dates. We had one issue with a missing trim which was dealt with quickly and the team returned to site promptly to resolve the issue. Our client was very happy with the finished product, and we would be happy to send on further enquiries where required.. All in all 5 stars.
