The Hub has made a significant improvement to the working conditions of the staff and the ability of homeless people to be able to access washing facilities both for themselves and their clothing. In the last 2 months we have already provided accommodation in Destiny Haven to 19 individuals and have supported these individuals and over 20 other people in the Hub with advice, meals, showers etc. So you can see how important this facility has already become and I can only thank you for your input as we could not have afforded to create the new Hub without your help. The work you did was exceptional and highly efficient. We would rate you as 5 star service.
