Project Overview

Examples of bespoke window film and manifestation applied to glass partitions, including frosted privacy bands, custom logo cut-outs and bespoke patterns. Film can be used for privacy, branding, or simply to meet building regulations requiring manifestation on large glazed areas, and can be combined with any of the single or double glazed partition ranges.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Once your layout is confirmed, a CAD drawing is produced so you can review the overall design and visualise the finished result before the glass is manufactured.

It shows the layout you've specified — room shape, door position and general configuration — so you and the team are aligned before manufacture starts. It's a design reference rather than a fully engineered manufacturing drawing.

Yes, the drawing stage is there for you to review the layout and request adjustments before the order goes into production.

Yes, logo cut-outs are available as an option within the film choices, alongside solid bands and bespoke designs.

A full frosted band will reduce visibility through that section while still allowing light through; a logo cut-out or dot pattern has a much smaller effect on light and visibility.

Sandblasted glass is expensive, we use applied Opal Frost window film to produce the same effect.

Manifestation is a visible marking applied to glass, usually required by building regulations so people don't walk into large clear glass panels. It can be as simple as standard dots or squares, or designed as a bespoke band or logo.

Client Verdict

Glass@Work provided us with the lowest competitive tender for the supply & installation of multiple glazed partitions and door sets. Following placing of the order Craig was excellent in arranging a onsite dimension survey, then providing working drawings. Client driven changes to positioning and handing of doors where immediately actioned and redrawn with no additional charges. The installation was handled professionally, on time and to a very high standard. Even being at the lowest cost the quality of glass and frames was easily as good as Komfort and Tenon’s products at a far lower price point. Following a settling in period we had one snag where a door had moved out of alignment by 2-3mm, but it was rectified by a returning installer within 48 hours. Overall the our client was extremely pleased with their glazed meeting rooms. It was a pleasure to work with Glass@Work, and would definitely use them again for our future internal glazing requirements. Thanks!
