We had a problem with the glass delivery, which didn't actually cause us any issue in getting the install completed as the installers took 1-2 hours to go and pick it up themselves as the delivery company had failed, so everything was installed in the same day. They stayed a little later than expected to make sure it was completed, including the minor details.
