Project Overview

A selection of completed glass partition and glass door projects shown alongside the CAD drawing used to plan the installation. These drawings illustrate the overall layout — room shape, door positions and general configuration — so you can see how a project was planned and understand the finished result before manufacture and installation begins, whether for a single door or a multi-room office fit-out.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, the drawing stage is there for you to review the layout and request adjustments before the order goes into production.

Yes. Once your layout is confirmed, a CAD drawing is produced so you can review the overall design and visualise the finished result before the glass is manufactured.

It shows the layout you've specified — room shape, door position and general configuration — so you and the team are aligned before manufacture starts. It's a design reference rather than a fully engineered manufacturing drawing.

Because they're sealed within the glass unit, integral blinds aren't exposed to dust in the same way as external blinds, which keeps maintenance minimal.

They're typically operated manually via a control knob fitted to the partition; specifics can be confirmed when you configure your project.

Yes, integral blinds sit in the cavity between the two panes of a double glazed unit, so they're an option on the double glazed range rather than single glazed.

The blinds hang permanently within the glass void and are tilted open and closed from that position.

Client Verdict

Michael from Glass at work was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the different options and guiding me throughout the whole process. The fitting team were very professional and carried out an expert installation job (the door is perfectly aligned and clicks shut with just a light nudge). We are very pleased with the result, its added a real wow factor to our small office (as well as providing a virtually completely sound proof meeting room). Thanks and best wishes to Michael and the Glass at work team!
