We received a call from Eamon as he was browsing glassatwork.co.uk. He had derived a cost and read the further information, he needed clarification on items that weren't quite the norm. We therefore added a cost for 'notching' the glass around existing dado trunking and discussed his manifestation requirements.

Having opened up the design possibilities to him Eamon took the opportunity to create an imaginative and impressive visual that looks stunning in-situ. The additional cost was surprisingly little, but the impact is huge.

We worked from Eamon's measurements, sending him a drawing to approve and a checklist to ensure we had all the variables correct. From this we were confident that the information was correct on our first site visit, installing the track and measuring for the glass.

Despite a setback with the door we completed within the timescales set and are pleased to see another happy client and a glass wall that typifies what the website was set up to do
