Michael was great in being responsive and handling our request. Martin who came out to measure was good, but he got the hinge of the door wrong. We specifically wanted it on the left, but he drew it on the right. I contacted Michael right away on seeing the mistake, and he was great in rectifying the situation quickly. Overall, great company, great service, great product!
