Project Overview

Glass partitions used to create boardrooms and meeting rooms within open-plan offices, often combined with acoustic glazing to help with sound separation and film for privacy during meetings.

Double Glazed Corner Office With Integral Blinds for Streatley Software Ltd in Reading, Berkshire.

Frequently Asked Questions

The blinds hang permanently within the glass void and are tilted open and closed from that position.

They're typically operated manually via a control knob fitted to the partition; specifics can be confirmed when you configure your project.

Because they're sealed within the glass unit, integral blinds aren't exposed to dust in the same way as external blinds, which keeps maintenance minimal.

Yes, integral blinds sit in the cavity between the two panes of a double glazed unit, so they're an option on the double glazed range rather than single glazed.

Acoustic glass options are available and can meaningfully reduce sound transfer compared with standard glazing; for very high confidentiality requirements it's worth discussing the specific dB rating you need with the team.

Yes, manifestation film — from a simple frosted band to a full bespoke design — can be added to boardroom glazing for visual privacy.

We are absolutely delighted with our new meeting room; it is exactly as I imagined it would be. At all stages of the planning and build, the staff and workmen were courteous, professional and helpful. A definite 5 out of 5. Thank you.
