Client Verdict

The measuring process was longer than we expected – we had to have someone out 3 times to measure the space and due to miscommunication, the builder vs the surveyor levelling was not done correctly and had to be completed by Glass At Work. It would be better to have Glass at Work to complete the whole levelling requirements to reduce the back and forth and extra costs. We then had another problem; the glass partitions didn’t fit into the space during installation. So, we had to wait further for this to be rectified. The installation of a glass meeting room in an old building is not simple – as we then had to get a carpenter to create a frame around the top of the meeting room. To cover the wood that was used to level the frame. However, the meeting room does look great and completes the office space.
