Our work with Craig and his team at Glass at Work aimed to create some glamour and an aesthetic uplift to our otherwise rather uninteresting office space by creating a conference room to impress our customers and clients. We were thrilled when Craig and his team's FastTrack implementation program resulted in us having a useable conference room within a month. That exceeded our expectations in terms of moving our business forward and the speed with which we accomplished our goal. Regrettably our building was of an older nature and this meant that some of the panels had to be returned to Glass at Work to be re-worked for a perfect fit. Craig managed the situation quickly and effectively, keeping me appraised of the situation step by step. The correct panels were installed in a timely manner and the finished product looked fantastic. What we appreciated most about working with Craig and his team was their ability to cut through the predictable politics and delays of a project, keep everyone happy, and deliver the expected results and then some. We are in the process of expanding our business still further and will require the construction of a second conference center on our first floor.
