Your installation team were brilliant – professional, easy to work with and got the job done on a very tricky site (due to the positioning and size of the install) – 5 star. Ease of use of the web service and customer support during the initial order setup – seamless – 5 star. The overall project experience was let down by a simple typo causing 1 pane of glass to be incorrectly manufactured. However, this error was handled promptly, efficiently and resolved for us, but it did mean the project deadline was missed – Overall 3 star.
