Project Overview

Glass Office Wall Over Stairs for Whyte Homes PLC in Winchester, Hampshire.

Thank you for the review and we’re very sorry there was an issue with the install. It highlights problems that can occur through the many stages of glass production, which is a very unforgiving product!! We continually strive to improve our process. We appreciate the feedback on how we handled the issue, which we will always do, ensuring that the project was brought to completion as quickly and effectively as possible. We hope you have many years of happy use!

Client Verdict
starstarstarstar_outlinestar_outline
Your installation team were brilliant – professional, easy to work with and got the job done on a very tricky site (due to the positioning and size of the install) – 5 star. Ease of use of the web service and customer support during the initial order setup – seamless – 5 star. The overall project experience was let down by a simple typo causing 1 pane of glass to be incorrectly manufactured. However, this error was handled promptly, efficiently and resolved for us, but it did mean the project deadline was missed – Overall 3 star.
