I work for a serviced office company, and we approached Glass At Work for a quote. The quote process was straight forward and was easily the best in market, which we thought too good to be true. They performed their survey and did a small adjustment to the quote due to the structure of the room, but it was very small. They took a small deposit to secure the quote and asked for the balance to be paid in advance of the work being completed. This made us a little uncomfortable, and I ended up speaking with the business owner too, and they stayed true to word. They needed to purchase the glass up front and passed that cost on to us. I think that’s fair. The work took place on the agreed days and the fitters were great. They made a small mistake and let me know straight away, corrected it, and finished the job. The finish was great and exactly what we wanted. They kept telling me about the magic man. This is the snagging guy who would come in to tidy anything up after fitting. As there had been a small mistake he came and did as promised. Really can’t fault them and we’ve just asked them for our next quote. I would definitely recommend them.
