Survey Engineer - 5* Extremely helpful, explained the process fully, worked with us to establish best positioning options and solutions to work around under floor heating. Very flexible and quickly accommodated last minute adjustments we needed. Installation Team - 5* The team arrived promptly and were up and running within 5 Minutes. They discussed what flexibility they had to make final adjustments such as door opening direction and at every point sought confirmation of our desired outcome before finalising the install. Careful consideration was given to the aesthetics given this is a domestic location and framing materials were used flexibly to great a clean and minimalist install. Job was complete by early afternoon and left the site spotless with no remediations required. Overall we were very impressed with the engagement, speed of response, clarity of process and overall communication. The job was planned, agreed and executed in just 2 weeks and we are overjoyed with the result which absolutely met the brief of creating 2 office spaces from 1 room, with ample acoustic suppression for our needs.
