From the start we could see that their prices were substantially better than other suppliers we asked to quote for the work. It was really useful to have the facility to get the quotes ourselves using the online system. It was very easy to use and very quick to price up the different options. With this project acoustics and sound leakage were very important to us. Glass at Works' advisers talking us through the best options to ensure the minimum amount of sound leakage even though the cost was less than what we originally specified. I liked that we weren't sold something just because it was more expensive. I was given options and guidance of what would work the best. The advice very professional and I felt that I could trust them with the work. Following placing of order the turnaround time was very good from the initial survey to the track work and glazing install. The glazing work was first class, the installers were clean and tidy and did everything as agreed at the times agreed. We have had some fantastic comments from staff about the quality and look of the installation. I would certainly make Glass at Work our preferred supplier for any future work. I wish all projects went so smoothly!
